* Please Note- There is a $45 plus tax Cancellation Fee for No Shows, or cancellations with less than 48-hour notice.*
* Please make sure your dog has not eaten for 2-3 hours pre-swim and make sure they have been toileted. *
If they are out of sorts don't take a chance -
Pee Accidents in the facility incur a $25 clean up charge, and Poop accidents in the pool $25 and UP depending on the severity of the accident. If we have to cancel the rest of our clients for the day, the fee will reflect that.

Recreational Swim Sessions
1 Dog: 30-minute Orientation Swim
This is for one dog with or without swimming experience.
Every client and new dog must go through an orientation session with us.
This is an introduction to the facility, our chance to get to know you and your dog, & to familiarize you with our "house rules" & routine.
Our goal is to make your first visit with us a positive & fun experience for you & your dog! We will make sure your dog is comfortable going in & out of the water & learns where the ramps are.
2 Dogs: 40-minute Orientation Swim
*For safety reasons, Dogs MUST be from the same household *
Each dog will be introduced to the water separately to make sure they understand what they are supposed to do & are comfortable with going in & out of the water & know where the ramps are.
Every client and new dog must go through an orientation session with us. For all dogs with or without swimming experience.
20-minute Swim
Once your dog has done their initial Orientation Swim, they can now do swims on their own, or with instructor(s) if necessary.
Additional Fees include:
- $15 for instructor
- $10 per additional dog
- $5 life jacket rental

Therapy Services: Hydrotherapy, Massage, Chiropractic
45-minute Therapy Initial Visit and Assessment Session
During this session we discuss what is going on with your dog, review input from your veterinarian, perform a gait analysis, check muscle compensation, range of motion, proprioceptive reactivity, your dog's stance and sit. We will then formulate a custom conditioning plan for your dogs' needs.
30-min Therapeutic Reassessment
For Therapy dogs who have worked through their plan, for those who have been away for awhile or for those with a new injury/orthopedic surgery. We will review input from your veterinarian, take measurements and look at changes in your dog. We will then formulate a plan for your dog's needs.
20-min Hydrotherapy Session
Additional therapist - $20 + HST
Our trained canine hydrotherapists will take special care and guide your dog as they enjoy floats that allow their muscles to relax in the warm water, perform specific swimming, flexion and extension exercises that will increase joint range of motion, increase core and large muscle strength.

5 x 20 minute sessions with 1 Hydrotherapist - $315 + HST
5 x 20 minute session with 2 Hydrotherapists - $415 + HST
Massage - Initial Visit
Our trained canine massage therapists will use specific techniques to increase circulation & relieve muscle spasms and increased tension which may cause gait restrictions and discomfort.
Subsequent Visits- $65 + HST (30 min)
Chiropractic - Initial Visit for New Clients
Our Certified Canine Chiropractor will perform an assessment, take pertinent history and perform any adjustments/ laser as necessary.
Chiropractic - Initial Visit for Current Indoor Dog Pool Clients
Our Certified Canine Chiropractor will perform an assessment, take pertinent history and perform any adjustments/ laser as necessary. They will show you exercises to do at home to help keep your dog comfortable & conditioned.
Subsequent Chiropractic Session
Follow-up appointment with our Chiropractor. They will perform any adjustments necessary and show you exercises to do at home.
Laser Sessions
There are specific light frequencies that work with the body to encourage blood flow and energy that will provide pain relief, decrease inflammation and enhance healing.
The laser is administered by Dr. Laura McKeown on Wednesday evenings.
